Transformational – growing and challenging youth to live out their faith by processing Biblical truths and applying them to their lives — Romans 12:2
Exemplary – experiencing God and giving evidence of the Spirit working through them by using their gifts and growing spiritually through prayer and time in spent in the Word — 2 Timothy 2: 15
Nurturing – recognizing that each youth learns, grows, and develops spiritually at a different pace
Responsive – adapting to the constantly changing contexts and needs of the youth culture by utilizing the best youth ministry resources and formats currently available — 1 Corinthians 9:22
